FedEx Deliveries
Orders $300 and Over – Direct Signature Required
For orders valued at $300 or more shipped via FedEx, a Direct Signature is required upon delivery.
This means:
Someone at your shipping address must be present to sign for the package
Any adult at the delivery address may sign
If no one is available, FedEx will attempt redelivery or leave a delivery notice with further instructions.
Orders Under $300
For orders under $300 shipped via FedEx:
No signature is required
The package may be left at the delivery address provided
Once a package is marked as delivered by FedEx, it is considered successfully delivered. RUDSAK is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
OBIBOX Deliveries
For orders delivered via OBIBOX, we offer a hand-to-hand delivery service.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package directly to you in person.
If you prefer a safe drop option, you may select this through the OBIBOX tracking link prior to delivery.
If no safe drop location is selected and delivery cannot be completed in person, additional delivery attempts may be required.
