Who is responsible for the package once it’s delivered?Updated 5 months ago
After Your Order Is Delivered
Once your order is marked as delivered by the assigned carrier, it is considered successfully received at the address provided at checkout.
From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we recommend:
Confirming that your delivery location is secure and accessible at the expected time of arrival
Monitoring tracking updates to anticipate your delivery window
If residing in an apartment or multi-unit building, notifying your concierge or reception of your expected delivery
For shipments requiring a signature, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
For deliveries made via OBIBOX, if you prefer a safe drop option, we encourage you to select your preferred delivery instructions in advance through the tracking link provided.
