Orders $300 and Over (FedEx – Direct Signature Required)

For orders valued at $300 or more shipped via FedEx, a direct signature is required upon delivery.

If no one is available to sign:

• FedEx will attempt redelivery, or

• A delivery notice may be left with further instructions

Please follow the instructions provided by FedEx to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Then you follow immediately with OBIBOX to clearly separate the experience:

OBIBOX Deliveries

For orders delivered via OBIBOX, we offer a hand-to-hand delivery service.

The courier will deliver the package directly to you in person.

If you prefer a safe drop location, you may select this option through the OBIBOX tracking link prior to delivery.

If no safe drop preference is selected and the courier is unable to complete delivery, additional delivery attempts may be required.
