Purchases made in-store may be returned for store credit only.
To process a return, please visit your nearest RUDSAK boutique with your original receipt and the item in its unused, tagged condition.
Important notes
The Customer Experience Team is unable to approve, process, or make exceptions for in-store purchases.
All in-store return decisions are handled exclusively by the boutique where the purchase was made, in accordance with RUDSAK’s in-store return policy.
Final Sale items are final — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited, whether purchased in-store or online.
