Yes — sale items can be returned for a refund, as long as they meet our standard return conditions and are not marked otherwise.

Please ensure that all tags remain attached and that the item is in its original, unworn condition when submitting your return request through our [Returns Center].

Important: Final Sale Means Final

Items clearly labeled “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, whether purchased online or in-store.

“Final Sale” designation is prominently displayed on the product page and during checkout. Once a Final Sale purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed.

Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection (Optional Coverage)

While Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under RUDSAK’s standard policy, customers who purchased Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection at checkout may be eligible to file a return request directly through Seel.

If Seel protection was added to your order:

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery

• The claim must be submitted directly through Seel’s Resolution Center

• Approval and processing are handled entirely by Seel

• RUDSAK does not review, approve, or manage Seel claims

Seel provides this optional coverage for a small fee at checkout, offering added flexibility on eligible orders.
