For Indigenous Customers in Canada

Indigenous customers with a valid Status Card are eligible for tax exemption on qualifying purchases.
To have taxes adjusted on an online order:

1. Place your order as usual (taxes will be charged at checkout).

2. Once your order is complete, send an email to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] with:

   • Your order number, and

   • A photo or scan of your valid Indigenous Status Card.

Our team will review your request and process a tax adjustment refund as applicable.
