We’re sorry if your order was canceled — we always do our best to fulfill every purchase.
Orders may be canceled for one of the following reasons:
1. Security Verification
Occasionally, an order may be automatically canceled after a credit card security check.
Please note that our Customer Experience Team cannot override or access additional details related to security screenings, as these are handled automatically by our payment processor to protect both you and RUDSAK.
Tips to help next time:
Make sure your billing address matches the address on your credit card.
Double-check that your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid.
Try placing the order again using the same or a different secure payment method.
2. Item No Longer in Stock
Your order may also be canceled if the item you selected became unavailable and no restock is planned.
If this happens, we recommend using the “Notify Me When Back in Stock” option on the product page to be alerted once it returns.
Refunds
When an order is canceled, the authorized amount will automatically drop from your account within a few business days.
If a charge was processed, your refund will appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
