At RUDSAK, every order is prepared with precision and care.
During periods of increased demand, additional time may be required to ensure each piece meets our quality standards before it leaves our distribution center.
Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional events, preparation time may extend to up to 7 business days.
Please note that preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
After your shipping label has been created, your tracking page may show “Ready,” “Label Created,” or “Shipment Information Received” for a few days.
This simply means your parcel has been prepared and is awaiting pickup by the courier.
Tracking updates begin once the courier scans the package into their network. From that moment forward, you will receive real-time updates as your shipment moves toward delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours after pickup for tracking activity to appear.
When to Contact Us
If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, or if tracking has not updated several days after label creation, our Customer Experience team will be pleased to assist you.
