It depends on the type of gift card or store credit you received:

Virtual Gift Card or Store Credit

If you received a virtual gift card (for example, after a return or issued by email), you can use it both in-store and online at checkout.

Physical Gift Card

If you have a physical gift card, it can currently be used in-store only.
However, we can help convert it to a virtual gift card so you can shop online.

To make the switch, please email our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] with:

• A photo of your physical gift card, and

• The gift card number clearly visible.

Our team will be happy to assist and issue an equivalent virtual card for online use.
