Can I cancel or modify my order?Updated 5 months ago

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Our Customer Experience Team does not have access to stop, edit, or cancel orders once they begin processing in our system.

If your order was placed by mistake, it will need to be delivered first and then returned following our Return Policy.

Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made as orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment center shortly after being confirmed.

Please double-check all details, including item, size, color, and shipping address , before placing your order.
